Norwegian Fireweed Tea
This Norwegian fireweed tea, traditionally known as Ivan Chai is no ordinary herbal tea. An artisan process of wilting, rolling, fermenting and sun drying gives this tea its rich and deep flavour. The taste is similar to black tea but brings to mind summer flower meadows. A perfect everyday tea.
Made in limited quantity to the highest quality. The leaves have been carefully hand-picked from wild plants among the mountains, lakes and forests of Fyresdal in Telemark.
How to use:
Best made in a tea pot with strainer or cafetiere. Use about two teaspoons per cup. Pour fresh boiling water over the tea and infuse for 5 – 10 minutes
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
